Weallans Mechanical Workshop, Matamata, NZ

One of our successful commercial workshop projects was with Weallans Mechanical, located in Matamata, Waikato. We had the pleasure of designing and installing a complete workshop lubrication system for their newly built facility.

The primary goal was to have a system in place that would effectively distribute six different oil grades to various locations within the workshop. To achieve this, our team carefully planned and executed the installation process, ensuring that the piping and plumbing system were meticulously designed to guarantee optimal flow and distribution of the different oil grades. This involved taking into consideration the specific needs and dispensing requirements of different oils reticulated within the workshop.

Once the design phase was complete, our team went to work on installation. Our experienced technicians worked diligently to ensure that every component of the lubrication system was fitted correctly and according to industry standards. We paid close attention to detail to guarantee the system's efficiency and longevity.

In addition to the lubrication system, we also supplied a Graco fluid management system and greasing equipment. This allowed them to have a comprehensive and efficient solution for their workshop's lubrication needs. One crucial aspect of the project was the consideration of waste oil management. To address this, we implemented a catchment basin to capture the waste oil generated during the lubrication process. This catchment basin was connected to a pump system that would transfer the waste oil to an external bulk storage tank. By implementing this waste oil system, Weallans were able to maintain a clean and efficient workshop environment.

Overall, the project with Weallans Mechanical was a success. We designed and installed a complete workshop lubrication system that met their unique needs and requirements.
